At a plateau, stuck last 3 weeks stuck at 208. Not sure what I need to do. I have stepped my workouts up and still eating well. Any thoughts? How did any of you break the plateau?

Best advice I have is to stick to eating clean by using the shakes, teas, lemonades, etc. Your plateau will break if you stick to the exercising and healthy eating.

How much water are you drinking? Look at your salt intake. Your body could be hanging onto water weight. These are things that my friend suggested to me when I was stuck. Another thing I started doing is taking a water pill. Especially during that time of the month. I do it for about a week and then stop. The thing I have noticed is that I cannot drink the tea at the same time as the pills because I get a headache. Good luck and keep at it. I was stuck between 140 and 142 for the longest time, and this morning I finally hit 139. You can do this!

These are all good things for me to look at, I do drink plenty of water, most days getting 72-90oz. Exercises may need to change as doing mostly walking due to having surgery a couple of weeks ago, guess need to step up in other exercises. I will keep going and hope to break this plateau.
