How much water are you drinking? Look at your salt intake. Your body could be hanging onto water weight. These are things that my friend suggested to me when I was stuck. Another thing I started doing is taking a water pill. Especially during that time of the month. I do it for about a week and then stop. The thing I have noticed is that I cannot drink the tea at the same time as the pills because I get a headache. Good luck and keep at it. These are all good things for me to look at, I do drink plenty of water, most days getting 72-90oz. Exercises may need to change as doing mostly walking due to having surgery a couple of weeks ago, guess need to step up in other exercises. I will keep going and hope to break this plateau.
