Stay focused. A food journal is very useful and everyone loses differently, weeks 5-6 is usually when mine hits

Hey hun , don’t get discouraged at all!!! I’ve just started back on my Weightloss journey! And it can definitely get annoying!! This is my 3 week mark (I do my weigh in n measurements tomorrow).. but I don’t call it a diet at all ,I just mainly cut out fast food, fruits n veggies,chicken , fish,  legs,I eat 3 meals a day, plenty of water with  n  cider vinegar! I also have a food journal, I write down everything I put in my mouth to eat,it helps because you can see what you are eating ! I also go to the gym Monday-Friday, So far I’ve lost 9 n half pounds in two weeks.. n hopefully it will b more tomorrow ! So do t stop sista u will loose it!! U got this!!!
