Attempting to start a healthy lifestyle diet and exercise program

I’m already a giant:
weight 155 kg
Height 1.62 m
BMI over 50
I’m attempting to start a healthy lifestyle diet and exercise program. A combination of cardio & strength training will serve me good. I just want to know if success in loosing weight am I going to have all that skin hanging like those people on TV? I don’t have money for surgery if that’s the case then I’d rather stay fat n plumpy. I don’nt want wrinkles hanging like ball sacks..

Sagging skin happens when you drastically lose weight and prolonging the process of initiating exercise. Eat clean, exercise, hydrate. Don’t save exercising for “toning up after weight loss” start right away

Mate, you need to see dietitian, and plan your diet. Start slowly be consistent with your efforts.
