B12 deficiency

I finally ended up with a B12 deficiency.
The only thing that stopped the symptoms was meat and dairy.

Now I need to figure out what I did wrong.

Can somebody please tell me what I should have in my diet to supply B12.

There is also sublingual for quick dissolving under the tongue. Very effective.

Animals get B12 from eating dirt, bugs and feces. That’s the only reason they have B12 in their tissues.

Take a supplement. Keep getting your blood tested to make sure you are absorning it. Fortified nutritional yeast is not a reliable source, and anyway, there is often folic acid in nooch. The supplement folic acid has been linked to heart disease and cancer. I get unfortified plain nooch – brand is Sari from Amazon.
