I’ve been going barefoot for several weeks now. I really prefer it! I couldn’t find the right shoe that wouldn’t cause me to have pain. For now, I’m going to keep going au natural!

I have been doing most of my Shaun Week workouts barefoot as well, I also feel like it helps me grip the floor better. But just be careful when landing and pivoting.

I have been wearing trampoline socks, they work surprisingly well.

I’m doing T25 barefoot, although my foot doctor would be against it because I have bone spurs, but it seems to be better then shoes. I also workout on a mat which I recommend.

Be careful. The foot has lots of tiny bones which can be damaged. Podiatrists warn against it as can have long term damage. Apparently, many African athletes suffer later in life due to stress fractures caused by high impact running whilst barefoot. Loads of articles warning against it.
