This is real!!!!!! I hit a plateau about two weeks ago and lost all motivation. I fought through it, had a couple rough days, and pushed through. Today when I stepped on the scale, I was the smallest I’ve been in 6 years. Changed up my workout, and turned my clean eating up, and my body responded. STAY THE COURSE PEOPLE!!!!!
