Are the benefits of eating the greens any greater if they’re eaten just by themselves rather than as part of a meal?
Six times a day, three with main meals, three as snacks, essentially spread out every three hours over an eighteen hour period, no indicated difference in effectiness by Dr. esselstyn.
For sure. For my snacks I often just have some greens or beets with a few drops of vinegar. It’s the nitrates in the veggies we’re after.
I didn’t realize it was better to eat the greens and vinegar separate from regular meals!
