This is the perfect diet for lose your weight
Early morning: 1 fruit of your choice + 3-4 mixed seeds such as watermelon, flax, sesame, melon to name a few.
Breakfast: Open paneer sandwich with mint chutney / 2 idlis with sambhar / Akki roti with dill leaves and sambhar / 2 egg omelette with 2 whole grain bread slices / 2 multigrain mixed vegetable parathas + 1 glass of vegetable juice of your choice.
Mid-morning: 4 walnuts and 2 dates / Fruit of your choice/tender coconut water with malai
Pre-lunch: 1 plate of preferred salad with vinegar dressing.
Lunch: 2 multigrain roti / 1 Katori red or brown rice + 1 bowl dal / pulses like rajma / Egg bhurji / non-veg subji + 1 bowl low-fat curd
Mid-evening: 1 glass of tea or coffee / 1 glass buttermilk
Snack: 1 fruit of your choice / 1 glass whey protein drink /1 bowl Sprouts bhel
Dinner: 1 bowl chicken gravy + 1 bowl rice / 2 multigrain rotis + salad + 1 bowl low-fat curd / 1 bowl vegetable dalia upma or 1 bowl millet vegetable upma + 1 bowl sambhar + 1 bowl of salad or soup
Post-dinner (if you are up late): 4-5 pieces of nuts/ 1 glass warm low-fat milk.
Diet Starts from the time you wake up in the morning (try to sleep early and wake up early because it will help body to do the proper functioning during 24 hrs.)
So I’ll start with the time I wake up I used to drink two glass of water which is very help full in activation process of all your organs and for excretion process. Most of the time I add some lemon and honey in hot water.
Next comes to your first meal BREAKFAST which is the most important meal for the day .Eat as much as you want so that you yourself decrease your lunch and dinner meal quantity. Now this is very important to understand that you got maximum hrs to digest your breakfast and less time to digest lunch and lesser time digest your dinner.
All of us want to be happy and food makes us happy, lifts you up when you are down. Hunger makes you grumpy and moody. But then how do you maintain your weight or fitness without compromising on the food that you like? I personally find that I eat what I like within proportions that would make me stick to my plan. So small portions of pasta or rice or roti or any carb would lift me during the day and keep me on my toes. But once that craving is sorted, I try mostly to eat healthy meals, mainly protein. As an ovo vegetarian, egg and egg dishes has been my go to food and keeps me fit and healthy. I consciously grab an omelet or an egg fried rice or an egg wrap so I get my protein along with my carbs esp while travelling or eating out.
less calorie foods overall+ give more carbo after workout+ include more green vegetables for dinner and don’t eat just before going to sleep + give more protein consistently+ give plenty of water+ split your meals into small volumes and eat more often.
Considering the diets and eating habits we practice these days, if you start eating clean, healthy and nutritious, you will start losing weight. So, our goal should be focusing on nutrition dense foods and making healthy habits which will speed up your weight loss.
