I know dr. E says we don’t need supplements except for B12, but what’s the best foods for calcium?
if you are strict eating the Esselstyn diet rich in vegetables , leafy greens, grains one will get enough calcium
Lots of green leafy veggies. Plant-based diet adherents require less calcium as they don’t pee out their calcium.
My calcium blood levels are great. I eliminated supplements and began eating this way. All those leafy greens, legumes etc. have plenty of readily absorbable calcium. My doctor was surprised at the results.
