True health is expensive so buy Olive oil.
Coconut oil. Has a high burn rate and doesn’t turn into trans fat. Olive oil should be taken as it over food. Not cooked.
Olive oil will be mi suggestion.
Olive oil is used for a salad dressing mostly when you start cooking with it it’s like any other oil accept for coconut.
