Best way to stop the pain in legs after day 1 and 2 wk 1? I’ve tried three times now to restart T25 and after day 1 and Day 2 found I literally can’t do anything couldn’t go up and down stairs and the pain in my calves was unbearable even with modifying and trying not to jump quite so much it works my calves so much they feel like they are on constant fire for about 4 days straight after doing these first two days.

Stretch, stretch, stretch. It will hurt, but push through to loosen those tight muscles. After each workout, you might need to stretch a little more than just what is on the videos to keep you lose until you get use to the workouts.

A little more stretching, plenty of water, and just live with the pain a few more days. It eases up, but you have to push through unfortunately.

It gets better. Don’t start every day the first week. Kind of ramp up. It will still hurt but it will be better. You may be able to walk then haha! Just remember that the pain means you are getting stronger!! It’s a good pain. Just find a balance you can live with. Good luck and stuck with it. Just do every other day at first. Don’t give up.. Really!!!

When I first start, I always have to take a couple days off to let my muscles heal from those first couple of workouts.

Make sure you are well hydrated, and try taking an anti inflammatory like Ibuprofen.
