Best way to stop the pain in legs after day 1 and 2 wk 1? I’ve tried three times now to restart T25 and after day 1 and Day 2 found I literally can’t do anything couldn’t go up and down stairs and the pain in my calves was unbearable even with modifying and trying not to jump quite so much it works my calves so much they feel like they are on constant fire for about 4 days straight after doing these first two days.
It gets better. Don’t start every day the first week. Kind of ramp up. It will still hurt but it will be better. You may be able to walk then haha! Just remember that the pain means you are getting stronger!! It’s a good pain. Just find a balance you can live with. Good luck and stuck with it. Just do every other day at first. Don’t give up.. Really!!!
