It’s possible yes, they most likely wouldn’t get them all though. I’m dealing with the same issue right now. Going to dose my tank with Safeguard when I can add water to it.

ive never use safeguard before the people just told me deworming meds, I used imagitarium herbal parasite meds.

Because I am doing a planted tank I had heard that the parasite meds wasn’t good for the plants. I’ve honestly put a lot of money and time into my plants so this is what the plan is as of now.

Well, the stuff that is intended for planaria at least. The plan as of now is to fill the tank only with about 5-10 gallons, dose it and hopefully kill off all of my “parasites”
