I’m breastfeeding and following a vegan diet. I don’t count calories and eat incredibly nutrient dense meals with loads of fruits and vegetables. I love my food and though I do eat some “rabbit food” like raw veggies and salads (because I like them!) I also eat pasta dishes, Mexican, pizza and any other yummy food you can think of! I’d be happy to help you if you’d like to incorporate more plant-based meals into your diet

I am nursing as well and waiting to see if my supply changes after eating clean it is so hard to get to 1800 calories of clean food. I have my meals planned and prepped and calories for the day are 1300 and change
