Between being sick, my oldest being sick, migraines & a molar with an abscess that’s cracked in half I’ve been slacking on my eating and exercise. I’ve gained about 5 lbs in the past 2 weeks or so. Time to put a stop to this regain and hit the gym! Gotta

Time to put a stop to this regain and hit the gym! Gotta get my head straight before my 40th birthday on Wednesday!!!

Don’t beat yourself up though. Your body is fighting some nasty stuff. It’s going to retain liquids as it works on getting you better; I can’t imagine it’s all food gain.

Ugh feel better. I turned 40 last year too…it’s not that bad. Just think you are healthier and feel better (and look better) then last year. That’s all that counts. Keep up the good work

I just got sympathy mouth pain when I read this. It’s tough when you can’t get to the gym or be active to adjust your intake when you’ve been used to eating for that high activity level. I know I’ve struggled with that my whole life. Get better and have a great birthday.
