Is it okay to have two Miller Lite cans? They are 4 grams / carbs each. I will be under my net carbs and calories for the day if I have both. (My daily is 16 net carbs and I will be at 15 net carbs. I’ll be at 1225 cals and my daily is 1300.)
Technically no, because keto is gluten-free, and beer is definitely not gluten-free, unless you’re drinking gluten-free beer, which is not available in a light version as far as I have ever seen. I didn’t realize I had gluten intolerance, until the first time I cut gluten out of my diet for a couple of months. The first time I tried it after, I had a horrible adverse reaction, as any sort of gluten intolerance builds up dramatically, once you cut it out of your diet. Just know that you might not even know you have a problem, and once you ingest it, might find out very quickly.
