Blueberry Protein Cookies.

3-4 over ripe bananas
2 scoops @cmsupplements Protein Powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
1.5 cups Old Fashioned Whole Oats
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup dried blueberries
1/2 cup dry shredded coconut
Directions:.

Preheat oven to 325F
Add bananas, protein powder, vanilla and cinnamon to blender and process well
Pour mixture in a bowl and add remaining ingredients by hand(batter should look like the third picture in this post. If it isn’t thick enough just add more of the oats or other mix ins)
Scoop out a little onto a pan lined with parchment paper
Bake for about 10-12 min
Remove from oven and allow to cool
Store in covered container in freezer
Recipe makes 16 cookies
