No im interested in calorie counting im doing this boiled egg diet for two weeks but after i want to go to a 1500 calorie diet.Are you loosing any weight so far?

yeah, I’ve lost 9 pounds; and 13 inches (thighs, waist, bust) so far. My Fitness Pal is a great way to count calories & I exercise 5 days a week

Per “My Fitness Pal” it was 706 calories. Which is good because I consume most of my calories for the day at breakfast. My lunch was 288 calories, my dinner was 139, and my snacks were 306. So all together I had 1,438; I can have up to 1,570 a day.

*** Sorry for all the detail, but I don’t want to discourage anyone who’s interested in trying it with the amount of calories in it.
