Hi everyone I’m struggling to find how many calories I should be eating everyday. How did all of you’d find how many calories to eat.
Ps I’m 18 years old, 6ft 2 and weigh 119 Kg if that helps
You’ll also need to input your level of activity.
My wife and I are using an app called Lose-It! It gives you a ‘calorie budget’ for the day and adjusts it daily based on your weight loss goals, food intake, and exercise.
