Get up today and get moving. 6 days per week. Nutrition and more nutrition and cardio, nutrition, lift weights and cardio and drink lot’s of water.
Don’t put off today what you should have done yesterday. Don’t starve yourself just because you’re trying to lose weight. Eat….. make sure it’s clean food tho.
