I used to look up Zumba on YouTube. Or just simply walked while I watched an hour show. Try chicken, frozen veggies, frozen fruit, oatmeal if you can have it. Or look into the keto diet as well online for low carb ideas.
Leslie Sansone walks on you tube as well as Jessica Smith… walk all you want from home and outside too… for free. I hit up the flea markets for cheap fresh veggies… load up on those as well. It’s a simple great start.
