I don’t go actual days fasting. But if you’re referring to intermittent fasting, I fast for 16 hours and eat for 8, from noon to 8 pm.

I used to fast 3 days a month, water only. And am trying to get back into it. You need to drink plenty of water if you fast water only. When I fast for three days, I lose 7 lbs. It never did me any harm, and I did it every month for ten years. I have not done it regularly for several years now. After getting into bad eating habits, it has been difficult to fast.

Six days a week. I eat between 6:30 am to 12:30 pm.

I do intermittent fasting which means I don’t eat until 1p.m. and then I eat all my meals before 7p.m.! This has brought so much not control into my life! I don’t binge as often and I am more strict with what I eat!
