Can eating smaller meals more frequently help you lose weight, if so how?
It is just broscience not fact. The meal timing and number of meals don’t affect your metabolism but rather the overall calorie consumption will control overall digestion calorie and affect metabolism.
The truth is that eating larger meal can actually burn a bit extra calories as versus 5 small meals. If you have heard of intermittent fasting, you will know eating 3 big meals won’t make you fat.
Nope. A few years ago it was recommended to eat 4-5 times a day. No it’s mostly back to 3 times per day.
Research couldn’t find any real relationship between the number of meals and weight loss. Weight-loss is still about a calorie deficit however you are able to achieve this.
Just eat healthy food and that is everything you need. You don’t need to eat less ,you can eat how much you think that is enough but healthy food will help you to lose your weight.
