Can getting too low of calories stall you? I haven’t been hitting a 1000 lately, but I really haven’t been hungry. The scale is stuck though.

It won’t cause a stall.. Calories are not a goal. Fat is as it satiates you.

If you’re not hungry, don’t eat. You can automatically go into fast naturally.

Some say it doesn’t. I know I didn’t lose any for a week while eat 1000 calories, then I read about our bodies starvation mode, ate 1500 one day, and lost 3lbs the next morning. Don’t go too low. No nutritionist in the world suggests going lower than 1200.
