Can I get words of encouragement please. I am following a 5×5 barbell exercise routine. I’m supposed to do 5 reps for 5 sets. And that would be for 3 types of exercises. I managed 20 reps for 5 sets of barbell row exercise. Next was overhead barbell press but I only managed 2 sets of 20 reps. My lower body was shaking even if I controlled my breathing. What must be my way forward to be able to finish 3 exercise routine? I am a newbie in all this.
