I love baby carrots (and any other veggies) sprinkled with kosher salt. I try to drink a gallon of water daily so that helps with some hunger and my salt intake isn’t an issue. Kosher salt has large flakes and tastes better so I don’t need a lot either. I eat a lot of hard boiled eggs and babybel light cheese too for snacks. Good luck!

Hard boiled eggs!! High protein foods keep you fuller longer. Eggs are that and low calorie

I try to fill up on low-calorie stuff high in protein, water and fiber. Typically for me that would be things like chicken, broccoli and beans.
