Can someone help? I was talking to a friend about the what the health documentary where they mentioned that eating an egg a day was the same as smoking 5 cigarettes(I think) a but later she texted me saying that eggs are a source of 9 amino acids that the body cannot produce on its own… I didn’t know what to answer.. Does anyone know anything about this?
There is no question that egg is a complete protein. But it is by no means the only complete protein. There are plant based complete proteins as well as food combinations that provide all 9 amino acids without the toxic side effects of animal products.
