Can someone point me to the right direction for the literature that recommends NOT being in a calorie deficit while in Keto and the reasoning that ‘calories in vs calories out’ is irrelevant in Keto and how sometimes upping your fat helps more with weight loss and avoids the stall?
Check out latest 2 keto dudes podcast, eating fat to satiety. Basically, the key is insulin. If a person is eating, insulin is elevated so person is hungry. Keep insulin level low, hunger goes away. Eating fat produces almost no insulin. Pork belly… for the win!!!
