atmeal, yogurt w honey and 1/4 cup granola, grilled chicken breast, mixed veggies and 1/4 cup brown rice, a fruit and some walnuts, and same for dinner. I drink a gallon of water a day

I do 2 eggs and turkey bacon or chicken sausage for breakfast (730am), superfoods, fruit ans veggie smoothie around 9am, 1 yogurt and carrots or a fruit arouns 10am, 11am i eat chicken and steamed brocc, around 1 pm I’ll eat, carrots and edamame, 4pm I’ll have some form of healthy carb and finish any leftover fruits and veggies. 7pm chicken and veggies for dinner

Shredded Meal PlanMeal 1. Oatmeal or Grits/2 eggs and Turkey Bacon/FruitMeal 2. Peanut Butter on wheat bread/ Nuts= no saltMeal 3. Rice only pepper/ Baked or Grill chickenbreastMeal 4. Rice or Baked potatoes or Sweet potatoes/Veg/ Baked or grilled fish or chicken breastMeal 5. Protein shakeMeal 6. Same as meal 4The goal is to drink a Gallon of water a day. No sweets, No salt, no sodas. One cheat day per week. Eat anything you want but in small portion

You would have to focus on one, to create results. It would be best, to eliminate body, then focus on muscle gain.
