Tea without sugar is a good idea. However, dairy has carbs and sugar both. If you are addicted to tea with milk, I recommend not more than one cup a day. Rest of the day, stick to black coffee and green tea.
I am currently on this diet and do take one cup of tea with very little sugar. I am doing fine and getting all the benefits of the diet.
Yes. Milk has some carbs but that’s fine. Don’t drink tea with milk when you are trying to enter ketosis, but start having milk after a couple of weeks of entering into Keto diet. For taste, thick, high fat milk is much better and helps in Ketosis.
