Can we have tea with milk without sugar in keto diet?

Yes. Milk has some carbs but that’s fine. Don’t drink tea with milk when you are trying to enter ketosis, but start having milk after a couple of weeks of entering into Keto diet. For taste, thick, high fat milk is much better and helps in Ketosis.

Not advised though it is not completely against. Check if you can add butter and have bullet proof tea.

Tea without sugar is a good idea. However, dairy has carbs and sugar both. If you are addicted to tea with milk, I recommend not more than one cup a day. Rest of the day, stick to black coffee and green tea.

I am currently on this diet and do take one cup of tea with very little sugar. I am doing fine and getting all the benefits of the diet.

U should avoid during the initial days of keto so that u get into ketosis earlier.

But still it isn’t recommended due to the carb content.

Have black tea or try with fresh cream.

But stick to ur macros.
