4 – Make a little time to move your body, do you get a lunch break? Go for a 30 min walk, even 10 mins is better than nothing
5 – Eat enough and give yourself a cheat meal weekly or fortnightly to avoid binging or giving up
6 – Track your progress off the scales (as well as on if you want) – photos, measurements, clothes
I Carry veggies and heathy snacks in my lunch bag anything dry i measure and have it in ready to go zipblock bags and also i buy ready to go salads they have them at grocery stores they also have snack packs, if i am stuck going to a fast food place i get a salad and i look up calories and nutrition info on my phone
