I make my toothpaste by combining baking soda w a bit of pink salt. I add in essential oils of cinnamon. Clove. Tea tree. Lemon. Peppermint.
Some batches I add xylitol.

I oil pull w coconut oil. This whitened my teeth, ppl think I had them whitened by a Dentist. I also make my own toothpaste and add activated charcoal powder to it.

Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) and bentonite clay are also great for whitening teeth. I pull coconut oil and use baking soda a lot too.

I put dip my toothbrush with toothpaste on it into the powder and brush normally.
