Please advise, advantages of charcoal powder for oral care
Sure my daughter has been doing that for many years now. She’s a tea drinker and that’s better than anything a dentist would use.
Is there any concern that the charcoal would bind with the minerals in the teeth, the same way it is advised to take oral charcoal away from minerals?
They make oral probiotics for you teeth that are wonderful
I put a sm dab of toothpaste on brush and lightly “dip” it in charcoal. Beware: not for every day use, really makes teeth “squeaky” clean and may be compromising the surface.
I make my own toothpaste. Coconut oil, baking soda, and activation charcoal, food grade. I can’t tell if my teeth are any whiter, as I drink too much red wine.
I use activated charcoal capsules, I put the charcoal on my toothbrush to brush my teeth. It works great! Just don’t spill it on the counter!
