What foods can I eat to reduce cholesterol?
There is no food to “reduce” it… but you can lower your cholesterol-levels by not eating foods that will raise it.
Avoid foods that are high in fat (specially all animal-“producs” are).
I decided this year am cutting red meat in my fight against belly fat,so far am winning.problem is milk I cant cut it off
Animal products are a big no if you wanna lower your cholesterol..i was at 9.8 June 2017 but now I’m at 4.6,i run 10km every 4 times a week
