Couple of questions regarding hunting Coyotes. Has anyone shot from an elevated position? I was thinking of hiding out on the second floor balcony and when they come by the pool take them out. Would I need to put up a blind? Also, any input on using a .30

Couple of questions regarding hunting Coyotes. Has anyone shot from an elevated position? I was thinking of hiding out on the second floor balcony and when they come by the pool take them out. Would I need to put up a blind? Also, any input on using a .308 frangible? I need to make sure there is no ricochet into a neighbors house and I get catastrophic damage as I don’t want an injured animal hiding and biting a neighbors kid.

If my Neighbors heard a Howitzer, Clay-mores and RPG’s going off They would say “I wonder if Jimmy got another coyote?” I have very good Neighbors!

Used to hunt from up on a haystack. They can see every move you make and the sun shines on everything so you need some cover even when elevated.
