Try bullet proof coffee or: black coffee w/ 1tbsp mct oil and 1 tablespoon avocado oil. Made it at 6am, not hungry till noon. The fat keeps you full with an enhanced ketosis boost. Honestly, I’ve always put milk of some sort in my coffee cuz I find it bitter. But the oils did the same thing. I put it in a travel mug so I wouldn’t have the different visual cue, and shook it up before each slug to mix the beverage.
For me as a beginner, I’m not up for fasting at this point. I’m satisfied… Making myself cook, prep and eat…drinking the water..losing about a pound a day. It’s working and I’m sticking with it. I do not have the will power to resist a carb fix, if I fast and get too hungry. But that’s me.
