Per “My Fitness Pal” it was 706 calories. Which is good because I consume most of my calories for the day at breakfast. My lunch was 288 calories, my dinner was 139, and my snacks were 306. So all together I had 1,438; I can have up to 1,570 a day.

*** Sorry for all the detail, but I don’t want to discourage anyone who’s interested in trying it with the amount of calories in it.

It was because of the amount of calories they contain. If i was to eat them that half a reg size or a small 6 inch would be a better choice or frozen

They have allot of sugar, around 16 grams per banana but it’s natural and not processed. I used them in moderation.

Not 100% fruit or veggie at all… but I made this concoction a week ago and its my go to after a workout now:

1 banana
2 tbs powdered peanut butter
1 c. spinach
1 c. protein powder (I use banana creme)
8 oz water or milk
BLEND

Tastes like heaven
