|Per “My Fitness Pal” it was 706 calories. Which is good because I consume most of my calories for the day at breakfast. My lunch was 288 calories, my dinner was 139, and my snacks were 306. So all together I had 1,438; I can have up to 1,570 a day.
*** Sorry for all the detail, but I don’t want to discourage anyone who’s interested in trying it with the amount of calories in it.
