Day #3. I can take before pics tonite to show tomorrow. Ate 3 meals already. I am hungry lol. When I was bulking/being greedy I was eating about 3400 calories a day. I am at around 2800-2900 now. Cardio is at around 25 minutes after weights. 15 minutes regular pace, 10 minutes hiit. I’m sure ill lose 6+ lbs this 1st week, from water weight and excess food in my stomach. Maybe a little fat. Not cheating this weekend. Maybe on v day. Maybe. The journey to get lean again
