Day 5 on keto. I feel anxious, depressed, tired, exhausted, and like I wanna just yell at someone…..:) I say all that kind of tongue in cheek, but truthfully, I don’t feel well at all. And I do feel stressed, and hyper and very nauseous like. COMMON?

Yes, drink water and rest. This is normal & it will pass soon. Hope you feel better soon.

If you’re new and still not comfortable in this diet, I was the same way before, but now, I’m totally upbeat, energetic, and relax! Just hang in there.

I supplement magnesium at bedtime and sleep so sound, I use NoSalt for potassium and measure out 1 1/2 tsp of salt to use in a day.
