To lost mine I did not use anything just 100 percent diet, I was already fit doing classes at the gym etc then I went completely heathy 1 litter of home made juice for breakfast then salad and meat only lost 10kg. But when I stopped I put 5 kg back on but have maintain it. I’m happy with my weight now but working for the abs. I have just stopped eating crap and drinking alcohol. So my day is overnight oats breakfast, salad with protein for lunch, dinner veggies and meat, I don’t beat myself up if I eat something unhealthy because I have to live life too. I also do hit classes, body balance, weights, boxing. Plus on weekends I’m out walking and swimming etc…, I’m going to see how this goes for the next 6 to 8 weeks and if I do t see results I am going to a nutritionist. I will be going through menopause in the next 3 to 5 years and I want to control my weight fitness etc beforehand.
