I’ve been keto for almost 2 years. I lift heavy 5 days a week. I take 5g creatine pre-workout, BCAA’s during workout, and a protein shake and another 5g creatine post-workout. Despite heavy lifting, getting enough calories and quality supplements, I feel like I’m actually losing muscle and getting “soft”. Any ideas on how to turn things around?
I recommend getting them either fortnightly or monthly depending how intense you wish to follow them. I’ve personally been tracking fortnightly and its great to recognise when by training or diet may have played an impact on my composition. best of luck with it all.
