Did anyone add egg whites or scrambled eggs during the full liquid stage ? Any issues ?
I did not. I stuck to just liquid protein, water and tea…I was scared to get sick or mess up my sutures
I wouldn’t without doctor ok eggs make me feel awful on the pureed The doctor told me a lot of people have issues with them early on
I’m not a rule follower but I would totally do it. Try scrambling an egg and pouring it into a boiling pot of chicken stock and then scramble some more…its similar to egg drop soup
I had poached or soft scrambled with milk mixed in when cooked during the 2nd two weeks.
just make sure you chew them up really good before you swallow..
