Give me some ways to control my diet?
Fruit is a treat. It should be eaten in moderation, or to maintain your current weight. Maybe one or two pieces daily, as they are natural and a healthy alternative to many of our horrible eating habits, but less would be better.
when u cant help it any more. and dont keep them in the fridge, when u grave them beyond point, put on ur sandles and walk to a store.

Eat more fiber & protein, less carbs. Aim for 35g fiber a day. Fiber makes you feel more full.
You need to eat more protein. Sugars are addictive, and that includes fruits and carbs. Lean proteins and plant proteins are key.
