If you’re going through a cut, gotta up your protein and definitely gotta cut back on large quantities of fruits. Depending on goals, i would eliminate 95% of fruit minus maybe berries, melons, and banana’s which all benefit in bodybuilding, but sugar is sugar. I want to lose fat, not just weight. Im having Steak, chicken breast, broccoli, and almond butter.
