How do I stop dizziness when I’m exercising ? It happens everyday
Yes you dont eat just before going to the gym… What i normally do is to have something to eat around 13:30 to 14:00 if i am attending a 16:30 class. So, the idea is not to go there on a full stomach,,, and not to be hungry at the same time.
Also warm up before exercise ,it is important for your muscles ,and cool down after exercise ,this will allow your body to recover
Dizziness is a sign of low sugar levels dear. If your workouts are very intense make sure you have a meal an hour before your workout.
Or get “pure carbs by biogen”
Level of acid in yur body,,i sometimes drink soda water to neutralise the acid ….that hapens to me sometimes…but Sodawater before training….
