Do any of you do lazy keto and eat A LOT of keto approved vegetables every day? I’d like to add big salads and lots of veggies to my meals. I don’t wanna go overboard with the carbs so I would choose veggies that are low in carbs and I would also be calculating only net carbs. Has anyone tried this and has had success with it?

I personally count everything-and always do total carbs.
I actually went the opposite route and do carnivore.

I have always had issues with many veggies. I think FODMAPs are a big part of it.

I also have been eating carnivore. I feel fantastic! Even more amazing than I did when doing regular keto. I didn’t expect that.

If I’m not tracking I tend to go easy on the veg. Carb creep is way too easy.

I eat A LOT of green leaf veggies, plus some other kinds of veggies, I count roughly/by eye to get 20g net. But I practiced a lot, have diabetic son, so my eyes are well trained. I need veggies, my digestive system needs it, I tried stay without, but didn’t work for me.

I am doing a lazy Keto, with an IF 16-8. I eat a lot of kale, spinach, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, lettuce, cucumber and celery. So far I’m doing pretty well. Keep at it, but find a carb count of veggies so you don’t go way over. You have to be smart about which ones you eat.
