Do any of you use a Carb supplement like dextrose?
I use either HBCD or vitargo during my training. Specifically for the molecular weight and osmolarity.
I use it post workout. You want 0.7 grams of carbs per kg of body weight and 0.4 grams of protein per kg of body weight post workout. 0 grams of fat as it blocks absorption of protein synthesis.
When bulking I usually mix some honey in with my pre workout
