Do I have to watch good fats vs non fats? Is it OK to eat bacon every day?

I use the Food Lab method for mayo. Unfortunately I have a bit of avacado sensitivity thus will try light olive oil. Good mayo makes the keto way sustainable to me!

I work for a moving company and I’ll eat a BUNCH of bacon in the mornings every day. I can last till 5. Lost lots of weight and doing great! Remember ur brain is 70% cholesterol!

In general the fats you want to avoid are the inflammatory ones, soybean, omega 6 like corn oil, vegetable oil. I recommend you use a lot of olive oil, cook with butter, olive oil and avocado oil. I cook primarily with ‘light tasting olive oil’ and for eggs I use butter. Bacon is a cured meat and for lots of reasons is not an ideal choice for everyday nutrition.
