Hi everyone, I just have a question to see if anyone has any suggestions for me. I don’t really need to lose much weight, however I have a problem area which is my belly. I just can’t seem to get rid of it. Even at my lowest weight it was still there. Is there something I’m doing wrong? Will this thing just never go away. Do I stop trying to lose weight and just focus on toning? **To add I do have two kids. But I’ve seen moms who don’t have this problem.**
Every one has an area on their body where their fat loves to build up . Men in their stomachs , women arms butt n hips . It’s also usually the very last place you will lose that fat . The rest of your body could look great and your stomach still not . Just have to get down to a lower bf% before it will disappear.
